Its main objective is to monitor the amount of marine debris off the coast of Fuerteventura from a scientific point of view, through synergies between different groups involved in the fight against marine pollution, including the fishing sector, universities, leisure, environmental associations and administration.

There are many ways to support the project, if you are in Fuerteventura, you can join the Beach Clean Ups they organize, or from anywhere in the world decide to take a piece of plastic with you every time you go to the beach.
